GSM Towers
We produce and supply angular and tubular steel GSM towers with the height up to 90 m.
Our company has a positive experience of large scale deliveries for Ukrainian general contractors of GSM infrastructure projects. Also we produced and delivered several thousand tons into Afghanistan.
We are ready to produce lattice and tube GSM towers or masts according to your detailing drawings. These GSM towers will be manufactured at our Production Unit (PU) located in city Sarny, Rivne region of Ukraine.
The production capacity of the PU is up to 2000 tons of HDG GSM towers per month. We use up-to-date equipment for the production of the towers including own Germany made HDG line with working dimensions 10.5 x 1.5 x 3 m. The capacity of the HDG line is up to 3000 MT steel structures per month. For production of lattice towers we use modern machinery of FICEP (Italy) brand.
Quality management system
The production unit in Sarny supports ISO 9001:2015 quality assurance system.
Welding production is certified according ISO 3834-2. According to the received ISO 3834-2 certificate, we use welding processes 111, 121, 135. We are certified to work with raw materials which belong to groups 1.1, 1.2 (ISO/TR 15608).
The Factory production control (FPC) system of our production unit is certified according EN 1090 1,2 , EXC 3. We have a right to export CE marked steel structures for overhead electricity lines for EU customers.
GSM towers of our production are duly attested for use in Ukraine and have Ukrainian certificates of compliance.
