Steel Structures for Energy Projects
Since 2007, we have been manufacturing the following structures
– Lattice towers for overhead electricity lines 35 – 750 kV;
– Angle steel an tube GSM towers;
– Sigma and C-posts for PV mounting.
Location of our production unit
The above mentioned steel structures are made at our production unit named Metal Products Plant, located in city Sarny, Rivne region of Ukraine. It is 220 km from the border with EU (Poland). The distance to the border between Ukraine and Belarus is only 60 km. From the logistics point of view, the production plant is in a reasonably good proximity to Baltic, North Europe and Scandinavia market.
Equipment
The production unit is well equipped with machinery of the best brands. For instance, there are semi – automatic punching line for angular and sheet steel of FICEP, Italy, 2000 MT per month capacity; laser metal cutting CNC; stamping and bending lines.
We have a Germany made line of hot – dip galvanizing, with working dimensions 10.5 m х 1.5 m х 3 m, 4000 MT per month capacity, etc. It is located at the main production site in Sarny. In addition, we have a smaller reserve HDG line which is located in Zaporozhye.
Quality management system
The production unit in Sarny supports ISO 9001:2015 quality assurance system.
Welding production is certified according ISO 3834-2. According to the received ISO 3834-2 certificate, we use welding processes 111, 121, 135. We are certified to work with raw materials which belong to groups 1.1, 1.2 (ISO/TR 15608).
The Factory production control (FPC) system of our production unit is certified according EN 1090 1,2 , EXC 3. We have a right to export CE marked steel structures for EU customers.
OHL and GSM towers of our production are duly attested for use in Ukraine and have Ukrainian certificates of compliance.
In addition, our steel HDG OHL towers 35-750 kV were attested for use at objects of OAO FSK EC, Russia.
Experience of deliveries:
Our company has a large positive experience of supplies of steel structures for energy projects of customers from Ukraine, Russia and CIS countries, Georgia, Afghanistan, European Union.
Among our partners are Ukrainian National energy company UkrENERGO, many electricity lines construction contractors from Ukraine, Russia and EU. Some of our deliveries were done within frameworks of projects financed by EBRD, World Bank etc.
Our GSM towers were delivered for practically all GSM operators of Ukraine. Several thousand tons of GSM towers were successfully supplied for our customer from Afghanistan.
EUROFORMAT Stalkonstrukcia takes active part in the development of solar energy industry in Ukraine. We supplied construction of many large on-ground PV electricity power stations in our country. Also, we gained positive experience of cooperation with customers of steel tracking system for PV modules from Germany.
