Steel towers for overhead electricity lines 35 - 750 kV
We manufacture and deliver angle – tension and intermediate lattice steel HDG towers for overhead power lines 35-750 kV.
Manufacturing site
The production of the OHL towers is located in Sarny, Rivne region of Ukraine. It is 220 km from the border with EU (Poland). The distance to the border between Ukraine and Belarus is only 60 km. From the logistics point of view, the production plant is in a reasonably good proximity to construction projects in Baltic, North Europe and Scandinavia market.
Production capacity
The production capacity of our PU is up to 2000 MT of HDG steel towers per month.
Equipment
The equipment includes semi – automatic lines for punching and holing of FICEP (Italy) production, with 1200+ MT/ month production capacity.
The lines include FICEP Eskalibur 6 Automatic CNC Drilling System, FICEP HP12T4 Rack and Pinion Carriage Style Punch/Shear Angle Line, FICEP A-166T Automatic CNC punching and shearing line for angles, FICEP P 51 CNC Plate Punching Line for Thick Plates etc.
The other equipment include cutting machines, including laser cutting Amada machine; band saw machine (Bomar brand); Radial drilling machines; Hydraulic forming machine (Puma brand); Hydraulic gap presses; cranes etc. etc.
The production unit is equipped also with a Germany made hot – dip galvanizing line, with working dimensions 10.5 m х 1.5 m х 3 m. The production capacity of our HDG line is up to 4000 MT of HDG steel structures per month. It is worth to mention that the HDG line based in Zaporozhye is used as a reserve one for situations when planned repair of HDG line in Sarny is done. 
Human resources
There are more than 220 well-trained workers and qualified engineers at our production unit in Sarny.
For instance, welders are attested according to ISO 9606-1. We use welding processes 111, 121, 135. The welding unit is certified to work with raw materials which belong to groups 1.1, 1.2 (ISO/TR 15608).
The welding staff of the plant includes also internationally certified two IWE (welding coordinator and deputy coordinator), IWS (foreman).
The Head of quality assurance department is a very well educated, qualified and experienced person. She possesses IWI certificate. The deputy quality manager on issues on control of welding jobs is IWS.
VT and UT NDT tests are provided by our specialists duly certified according to ISO 9712:2012. Also, the production unit signed a NDT services contract with the independent duly ISO certified laboratory.
Quality management system
The production unit in Sarny supports ISO 9001:2015 quality assurance system.
Welding production is certified according ISO 3834-2. According to the received ISO 3834-2 certificate, we use welding processes 111, 121, 135. We are certified to work with raw materials which belong to groups 1.1, 1.2 (ISO/TR 15608).
The Factory production control (FPC) system of our production unit is certified according EN 1090 1,2 , EXC 3. We have a right to export CE marked steel structures for overhead electricity lines for EU customers.
OHL towers of our production are duly attested for use in Ukraine and have Ukrainian certificates of compliance.
In addition, our steel HDG OHL towers 35-750 kV were attested for use at objects of OAO FSK EC, Russia.
Experience
Since 2007, the geography of our deliveries include Ukraine, Russia, CIS and EU countries. It is worth to mention that we successfully supplied OHL towers for projects financed by EBRD and World Bank.
We have many things to be proud of. Our company fulfilled several hundreds of projects, including production of unique, for Ukrainian market, structures. You can see on the video below the process of installation of 90 m high OHL towers AP330-2/40 and AP330-2/50 made by EUROFORMAT Stalkonstrukcia during the construction of the pass over Dniepr river near Nova Khahovka within the framework of construction of OHL 330 kV Novokhahovskaya – Khersonskaya.
