The total area of the production sites is approximately 37,000 m², enabling the execution of large-scale and technically complex projects. Equipment and Technologies
The production facilities are equipped with over 500 units of equipment covering all key stages of metal structure manufacturing. The production base includes: machines for laser cutting of profile and sheet metal; thermal cutting equipment; bending, punching, and drilling machines; hot-dip galvanizing lines; and an automatic welding line for I-beams, among others.
Our technical equipment enables a full metal processing cycle and allows us to manufacture a wide range of metal products: metal angle supports for transmission towers and telecommunications infrastructure, components of guard rails, as well as custom metal structures using I-beams up to 1.7 meters high, applied in complex engineering projects.

Infrastructure and Expertise
The manufacturing facilities are enhanced by a range of infrastructure and technological advantages that ensure efficient process organization and high product quality. A dedicated railway siding enables prompt delivery of raw materials and shipment of finished products. The welding laboratory allows for quality control of welded joints in accordance with applicable standards.
Qualified and experienced specialists are involved in the production processes, bringing deep expertise in metalworking and the manufacturing of complex structures. Their professionalism is a key factor in maintaining consistent quality and compliance with technical requirements.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing Lines
In addition to manufacturing metal structures, our production facilities also carry out hot-dip galvanizing and industrial painting. Having our own surface treatment lines enables us to provide reliable corrosion protection and complete the full cycle of work, increasing the efficiency of production processes. Galvanizing of metal structures is performed using modern equipment from the German manufacturer PML Lengsteld GmbH, ensuring high coating quality and reliable corrosion resistance.
The production capacity includes two hot-dip galvanizing lines with bath dimensions of:
— 12 m × 1.5 m × 3 m (Sarny);
— 7 m × 1.5 m × 3 m (Zaporizhzhia).
The line in Sarny has a capacity of up to 5,000 tonnes per month (depending on the product type), and in Zaporizhzhia — up to 3,000 tonnes per month.
