We manufacture and supply steel structures for end – users, investors and contractors involved into projects in energy, civil and industrial construction industries. Since 2007, our company is specialized on production of the following steel structures: — Lattice steel poles for overhead power lines 35 – 750 kV, — Standard and unique steel structures for civil and industrial construction projects, — Steel grating for different applications, — Welded beams, — Lighting poles, — GSM towers, — Bridge safety barriers, etc. We offer also services of hot – dip galvanizing, powder coating and duplex coating application. We performed tens of successful projects on manufacture and delivery of steel structures for customers from different countries including Ukraine, some CIS countries, Afganistan and EU. The production capacity of our factory is up to 4,000 MT of steel structures per month.   The production unit of our company, Metal Products Plant is located in Sarny region, Rivne region of Ukraine just around 220 km to the border with EU.   The plant is well equipped with machines of the best European brands, such as FICEP, Amada etc. We have equipment for steel cutting, bending, holing, punching etc. We have our own Germany made hot – dip galvanizing line with a capacity of up to 2,000 MT of steel products per month. The line is available for hot – dip galvanizing of steel structures with length up to 12 meters. The plant is equipped also with the powder coating line for powder painting of steel structures with the length up to 10 meters. 220 qualified engineers and workers work at our production plant. The Quality Assurance System of our production unit is certified according to EN ISO 9001:2015. The system of the factory production control (FPC) is confirmed by EN 1090 — 1,2 , EXC 3 certificate. It gives us a possibility to supply CE marked steel structures for customers from EU.  Welding production is certified by ISO 3834-2. The Welding coordinator has International Welding Engineer qualification. Welders are attested according to ISO 9606-1. The Quality assurance department is headed by the specialist with the International Welding Inspector qualification. For Ukrainian and CIS projects we have certificates of conformity issued by UkrSEPRO on OHL towers 35 – 750 kV, Hot – dip galvanizing, Steel grating, GSM towers, Lighting poles, Bridge safety barriers etc. We always use VT and UT NDT control during the production process. Our NDT inspector is certified according ISO 9712:2000 on VT and UT types of testing. We have also an agreement with the independent laboratory and other types of NDT are available on demand.
