Pressed grating systems for ventilation
Metal grating is widely used as decorative elements for closing ventilation ducts and ventilation grilles of false floors.
Standard dimensions of metal grating for false floors: 600х600 mm;
Bearing bar 30х2 mm;
The frame corresponds to the height of the false floor. Standard is 40 mm.
Developed by our company’s specialists design of the closing of ventilation ducts and drainage systems of grain storage based on a metal grating , make it possible to obtain significant savings during the construction and operation of warehouses and silos.
Grating – based metal structures are designed for various loads and are supplied both in conjunction with the galvanized corners frame as well as for installation in existing support structures. The sieve lid comes with a perforation size that complies to the stored crop and can easily be replaced with the sieve lid of necessary size.
Standard dimensions: 400 х 1000 mm., 550 х 1000 mm, 660 х 1000 mm.
Heights of the products are designed according to loads affecting the surfaces of a ventilation channels.
Grating – based water purification and filtration systems
Together with the Institute of Water Problems and Melioration, specialists of our company developed and put into trial operation garbage – restraining and filtering systems based on pressed metal grating.
These systems have increased strength, resistance to corrosion andб at the same time, they have high process-ability in operation. Having considerably less material consumption with a simultaneous increase of the service life, these systems have many competent advantages comparing with the existing systems on the market.

Quality management system 
The production unit in Sarny supports ISO 9001:2015 quality assurance system.
Welding production is certified according ISO 3834-2. According to the received ISO 3834-2 certificate, we use welding processes 111, 121, 135. We are certified to work with raw materials which belong to groups 1.1, 1.2 (ISO/TR 15608).
The Factory production control (FPC) system of our production unit is certified according EN 1090 1,2 , EXC 3. We have a right to export CE marked steel structures for EU customers.
The quality control department is headed by the specialist with International Welding Inspector qualification.
Visual and Ultra – sound types of NDT are used during the production process. The control of zinc coating after HDG is provided in accordance with ISO 1461:2009.
